1. We are collecting your personal data directly from you in the following ways and for the following purpose(s): you may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site, by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise or by purchasing products through our online shop. This includes information you provide when you register on the site, apply for membership of The Barn Boxing, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on the site, enter an event, competition, promotion or survey. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, age, gender, Boxing Record, financial and credit card information, and any other information you choose to give us (for example, where you have given us equalities monitoring information). 
2. We are collecting personal data indirectly about you in the following ways and for the following purpose(s): With regard to each of your visits to the site we may automatically collect the following information: 

• technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform 

• information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the site (including date and time); services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service phone number (where applicable) 

• when you register with the site and/or apply for membership of The Barn Boxing, your details are checked and matched against our existing records.

• we and/or regional registrars may from time to time perform necessary checks with third parties, for example to verify your details or information in your application, or in order to assess your suitability for within boxing (including DBS checks) 

1. Medical Information. In addition to the information described at 2. And 3., through England Boxing, The Barn Boxing works with approved healthcare professionals and through its platforms provides them (and you) with online access to your medical records relevant for your participation in boxing. No others can see this information, including England Boxing, with the exception that we and certain regional officials are able to view basic information relating to your fitness to box (including your medical card and examination dates) in order to assess your capacity to participate in the sport. 
2. The legal basis for processing your personal data: we process your personal data either on the basis of your consent, where this has been given unambiguously, or on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us (in the event of a purchase of products from our online shop), or on the basis that it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us in operating and making available the website
3. The recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data are: employees of The Barn Boxing & sometimes England Boxing and we may use the information: 
   • to provide you with information and services that you request from us or which are similar, including our telling you about products, services and events relevant to your participation in boxing; 
   • to provide other users, including Regions, Clubs and Members (as defined in the terms and conditions here), with information you have agreed to share with them through the Insight system to enhance the efficiency of your participation in boxing; 
   • to manage and administer boxing participation and membership of England Boxing; 
   • to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with information about products or services we feel may interest you. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, you will always have the opportunity to opt out whenever you are contacted; 
   • to notify you about our events or offers and changes to our services (we will only send you direct marketing by email if you have given us prior consent to receive it, or if we have collected your personal data during a sale or negotiations for sale of products or services); and 
   • to ensure that content from the site is presented in the most effective manner
   • from time to time we may need to exercise administrator rights to access membership profiles for testing and support purposes - we will only do so with the member's prior approval". 

1. The Barn Boxing retain personal data only for as long as is necessary. We need to retain it for at least three years after our affiliation with England Boxing ends, in order to provide data to bodies like Sport England, but our policy is to delete it after that period. 
2. You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or to restriction of processing concerning you or to object to our processing of the data as well as the right to data portability. 
3. If we are relying on your consent to process data, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notice to us. 
4. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office about the manner in which or otherwise in respect of the manner in which we process your personal data. 
5. Your provision of personal data to us is not in general subject to a contractual or legal requirement, although it is subject to a contractual requirement in the event of a purchase of goods from our online shop. In all other circumstances, if you choose not to supply your personal data to us, however, you may not be able to access certain areas of the website, nor use certain services.
