The gym is open to full members outside of class time and 1:1 sessions are available.
Tom is our Head Coach. He is a Professional Boxer and only loves one thing more than Boxing - his Champion of the World Big Dog.
Tom runs most of the classes @ The Barn and if he is not coaching he is training in Gloucester or sparring around the country.
Tom is available for 1:1 Sessions to either teach you how to box or get fighting fit!

Harrie focuses on building confidence and self esteem which ensures all fitness related measurables are achieved as part of the process.

Our classes are £7.50/class to non members. Booking is essential - limited spaces available.

Comfort is key! Wear clothes you are comfortable to train in. People often wear shorts and a t-shirt, vests, leggings or tracksuit bottoms. Sportswear is ideal. Trainers or boxing boots should be worn for all sessions. Please don't wear muddy shoes inside the gym.
For boxing sessions (kids & adult) you will require your own boxing gloves and hand wraps. If you are participating in a contact session, you should bring a gum shield which is moulded and ready to wear.
If you are participating in sparring, it is preferred that you have your own head guard and groin guard.
Adults & Juniors over 50kg should wear 12oz/14oz/16oz gloves. You will not be able to participate in any contact exercises with lightweight gloves.
Children under 50kg should wear 6oz/8oz/10oz gloves depending on their age and size.
Please bring a drink with you.
Yes! Our full membership allows you access to the gym outside of class times. In this time you can use the boxing bags, ring, small gym equipment, weights and cardio machines. Our members are very friendly and considerate when working in the gym independently. A key box allows access to suit your schedule.
Tom & Harrie are often working1:1 with clients. During these sessions, we do not answer the telephone (we believe it is very important to focus on the person we are working with during PTs). Tom is a professional boxer which requires lots of training and coaching sessions around the country. Not only does this allow him to perform at the required high standard, he incorporates these coaching and training techniques into his group and personal sessions.
Although our schedules are very busy, we will always be pleased to return your call when we have a moment. It is usually the same day. Leave a message, send a text or email 🌟
